A database is a great way to collect data securely, storing it for many different uses. Many websites now need to store data for reports, client information, online shops and much, much more; this can all be done with a database.

MySQL is the main database system we choose to use for most projects as it is open source (free) and very powerful for web applications, such as CMS websites and online shops.
We run both MySQL 4 and 5 on our servers, helping to accommodate many older websites, ready to upgrade in the future.
We can also work with Oracle for high end database management.

Our database hosting starts at £50 /pa for a fully functional MySQL database with monthly backups.
