Answer

All Domain Names hosted with us come with the facility to also have email addresses with your Domain Name, i.e., www.laser-red.com and email address peter@laser-red.com

For those of you how have taken up our Anti Virus and Anti Spam on your email accounts, you can now manage the Anti Spam settings your selves.  (If you have yet to take up these services, it does work.)

Go to the following URL: ‘http://mailcontrol.your domain name’ for example, ours is http://mailcontrol.laser-red.com

At the top left you will see a section where you can enter your email account username and password, click on ‘Login’.  (If you can’t remember these details, please call us and we’ll give you them.)

Please note it can take a few minutes to reload the page, especially if you usually receive a good number of emails on a daily basis.

While this page is loading, go back to the ‘Spam Email’ and copy the email address and be ready to paste it in the next page.

On the refreshed page you will see a menu on the left, click on ‘Blocked Senders’ and follow the on screen details.

This will help you stop emails that manage to bypass the main Anti Spam control.

You will also see how many emails have been blocked by the Sohpos Anti Spam system over the past 14 days, for example today I have received 9277 Spam emails filling 464 pages.
